Yeah, they let in a professional comicbook artist. The guy does work for Antarctic Press all the time. I guess they were really in need of a good contestant because a lot of those comics smoked lots of pole. The winner, Devil's Candy was good, but not good enough to win. Zero by Tracy should have won. But alas, the black man gets no justice.
